Letter requesting confirmation of Mirza ʻAli Khan Mustawfi Bashi's transfer of all his belongings and properties to his wife before he had passed away. The writer emphasizes that Mirza ʻAli Khan had included all buildings, animals, and household furnishings in this tranfer; that the rest of his inheritors have no claim on these properties; any such claim on their part is not valid. It requests that the addressee confirm the truth of this statement in case there is need for it; dated September 1896.

Testimony of neighbors on the ownership of seven donkeys
Testimony of residents of [illegible] neighborhood and anyone who has knowledge on the matter; they declare that the seven donkeys belong to Vazir [the Minister?], Sulayman Bayg, and Tahmasb Bayg, not to Muhammad Karim Bayg, who had possession of the donkeys for the last forty days. The testimony also regards the ownership of two cows, which belong to the mother of ‘Abd al-Rasul and his sister. Fourteen people have signed the testimony.

1- Zahra Khanum, the daughter of Karbalayi Ibrahim, sells the usage of water from a qanat to ‘Ali Akbar, the son of Husayn, and Khalil, the son of Zayn al-‘Abidin, in exchange for nine tumans (1892) 2- Khalil, on behalf of Zahra Khanum (daughter of Karbalayi Ibrahim), and Husayn (son of Jabbar), on behalf of Parizad (daughter of ‘Abd Allah), buy a building, including the storage, the stable, the house, a bull, and two cows, for thirteen tumans, from Baqir, who represents himself and Sadiq (1895).

Taji Khanum's belongings
Documents include the following: Mirza Lutf Allah Asad Abadi was ordered by Bihjat al-Mulk and Hisam al-Mulk to help Taji Khanum to price and sell her properties. Taji Khanum paid his wage with a financial note sent to his village, but at the time of its cashing, she refused to pay. As a result of that refusal, Mirza Lutf Allah wrote a complaint to Farmanfarma; in the letter, he explains Taji Khanum's problems in selling her properties due to financial difficulties and problems with Khan Baba Khan; provoked by Fathʻali Khan, Taji Khanum's son stole some of his mother's cattle.

Letter about the division of Riza Quli Chahardawli's inheritance which includes: Qarah Chal village, part of Mihmandar village, and the garden, the mill, the household furnishings, animals, cash assets, and other goods. Riza Quli's brother, ‘Ali Khan the colonel, inherits these properties and after his death, his inheritors are Muhammad ‘Ali Khan the colonel, Yazdan Virdi Khan, Fatimah, Mah Jabin, and Riza Quli's wife, Sakinah.
